New feature: Job Ad Analytics

New feature: Job Ad Analytics

Wouldn’t it be great if you knew exactly where your most effective candidates are coming from and which job boards and channels that are providing most value for you?

Well from now on, you’ll be knowing exactly that!

Today, I’m really happy to announce a very valuable feature we’ve been working on – Job Ad Analytics! Jobylon will from now on give you insight into how the hiring process went and what’s working best for you and your job ads.

Job Ad Analytics

The job ad analytics page for each job is made up of three sections, lets have a look:

Behaviour

At the top of the report, you’ll see an overview of all views vs. applications for this specific job ad in a given time period. Use this data to make sure your job ad is not loosing momentum while it’s still live.

Top Influencers

In the middle, you’ll find your Top Influencers, the people in your Hiring Team who contributed to most number views by boosting the job in social media. You can directly from here ask your Hiring Team to boost the job again to bump up these numbers!

Top Sources

Last but not least, you’ll see your Top Sources. This table gives you a clear overview of which sources that have generated the most number of views and applications and the conversion for each of them.

To view the job ad analytics page, just click on the analytics icon for that specific job:

This is just the beginning for analytics & insights, we have a lot more great things in store for you!

As always, if you have any questions or comments, don’t hesitate to let us know!
